Terms of use

Plain terms for a marketplace where every property is inspected before it is published.

1.Who we are and what this covers

Vista360 is a curated property marketplace operating in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. These terms apply whenever you browse the site, view a 360° tour, make an enquiry, request a viewing, invite us to a property or hold a Vista360 account.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2.What a Vista360 listing means

Every property published on Vista360 has been physically visited by our own inspector, photographed and captured in 360° by our team, and reviewed internally before publication. Owners, landlords, agents and developers cannot publish listings themselves.

Verification badges show only what a property actually earned during that inspection. Where a document or a fact could not be confirmed, we do not badge it and we do not fill the gap with an assumption.

A 360° tour is a record of the property as captured on the inspection date. Furnishing, finishing and condition can change afterwards, and prices, availability and charges can change at any time. Always confirm the current position with us before you commit money.

3.Using the site

You may use Vista360 to find and enquire about property for your own genuine purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-copy or republish our listings, photographs or 360° captures; attempt to reach staff tools, other people's records or our internal systems; submit false or someone else's contact details; or use the enquiry, invitation or upload forms to send spam, malware or unlawful material.

We apply automated abuse protection to public forms. If you are refused because of it, wait and try again, or contact us directly.

4.Inviting Vista360 to a property

When you invite us to a property you confirm that you are the owner, or that you are authorised by the owner to offer it, and that the details and documents you give us are true and yours to share.

An invitation is not a listing. We may decline to inspect or to list a property, and we may decline to publish after inspection, including where ownership, paperwork, price or condition cannot be verified. Any commercial arrangement — fees, exclusivity or duration — is agreed separately in writing.

5.Enquiries, viewings and payments

An enquiry or viewing request is a request to be contacted; it does not reserve a property and does not create a tenancy or a sale.

Vista360 does not currently collect rent, deposits, purchase money or any other property payment through this website. Never send money to anyone claiming to be Vista360 without confirming the request with us on the contact details published on this site.

6.Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, to misrepresent a property, or in a way that endangers other users' data.

7.Our content

The Vista360 name, the site, its written listings, photographs and 360° captures are ours or licensed to us. When you send us photographs or documents for a property, you give us permission to use them for verification and, where they meet our standards, in the published listing for that property; you keep your own rights in them.

8.What we can and cannot promise

We take real care to inspect and verify, but we are not a valuer, a surveyor, a structural engineer or your lawyer. Vista360 does not guarantee that a property will remain available, that a price will hold, or that a property is suitable for your purpose. Before you commit, take your own legal and professional advice on title, charges and any agreement you sign.

We aim to keep the site available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

9.Changes, law and complaints

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes fall to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

If something has gone wrong, tell us first — we would rather fix it directly.
